You can browse their websites and email us info@cross-stitch.ca or call us directly at 613-729-9744 or 1-800-207-1906 to get more information about the items you are interested in and place your order. Information shared with us is never sold or shared with other companies. Your email address will NEVER be used except to contact you about your order or to send you our email newsletter only if you have subscribed to it.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard, Personal cheques and Money Orders. Personal cheques will be held until cleared.
Delivery Times
Orders are normally shipped out when they are complete. If all items are in-stock at the time of order the parcel will be shipped the same day.
Items that are not in-stock will be ordered with the next order going out with the particular supplier. Deliveries to the customer for items that are to be ordered should be approximately 3 weeks.
Partial shipments will be sent upon request at no extra shipping cost.
Shipping and Handling Costs
All parcels are sent by regular mail through Canada Post.
Your shipping and handling costs are based on your pre-tax total. They are as follows:

We reserve the right to charge up to $10.50 additional cost for oversized or overweight packages.
Canadian customers can request Express Shipping in which case a $2.00 fee will be added to your shipping cost.
Return Policy
- Due to changes in dyelot, there can be no returns, refunds or exchanges on any stitching fibres.
- Due to copyright laws and agreements between retailers and cross-stitch designers, no charts, leaflets or books can be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Defective items will be replaced.
Tax Info
All items are subject to taxes that apply to the shipping address, i.e.
- All Canadian orders are subject to the current rate of GST (5%).
- Ontario residents will be billed 8% PST.
- There are no taxes for US and international shipments.

The card is for personal use only - Non-Transferable to friends or family members (One card per person).

The store hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm and closed Sundays.
